Learn Synthesizer sound design with Syntorial [kickstarter]

This week I got an email from Joe Hanley about a new app he’s developing. It’s a tutorial app that teaches synthesizer operation and how to program patches by ear via videos and challenges. I thought this was a really cool and unique idea. A great way to teach myself and my kids about synths.

It’s currently half through development, you can watch a preview video here. If this gets you excited and you’d like to help fund the project, there is a Kickstarter campaign. I am backing this project.
