I’m really enjoying the TV series The Walking Dead so I was delighted to find composer Bear McCreary’s blog. Bear has posted several video updates going behind the scenes of the music he’s written for the show and talks about some of the challenges involved.
I can’t embed the videos so you’ll have to go over to his blog to watch. He also has videos on the other shows he’s worked on, like Battlestar Galactica.
That is what I call a sweet job. I would love to compose for a real string section!
