This is Mac and PC compatible in Standalone, VST, AU and RTAS formats. These are somewhat limited but you may get plenty of use from them. A really nice taste of what KOMPLETE contains.

I downloaded this on the weekend and played with them a little. I can see myself using some of the REAKTOR 5 PLAYERS for pads and loops. GUITAR RIG 4 PLAYER won’t get much use as a guitar amp, but should prove useful as an effects unit. KORE 2 PLAYER AND KONTAKT 4 PLAYER have been around for a while and see some use from time to time in my studio.

This ‘Performer Edition’ is a simplified version of our Symptohm:Melohman powersynth, especially made for live use – but being also handy at the studio. The core of the synth, its oscillators and all the filters are there: it’s the same audio engine of the ‘normal’ version. U-NO-60 is a  virtual synth that is just a blast to play. It closely resembles the look (compacted a little) and sound a Roland Juno-60, its very intuitive and easy to get great retro sounds. The built in chorus effects sound great, TAL even has a separate plugin of just the chorus.

You probably won’t be using this synth if you want to create new sounds, but it is fantastic for recreating synths tones from the 80s. I just love playing this synth.
