		<description>oh thank you so much, i was using record in auto scriptwriter, and then it showed everything i did with he mouse, it wouldn&#039;t work with shortcuts, then i found this link, and...so much better, you didn&#039;t have one for mono instrument track, but i figured it out with comparing your other formulas, thanks so much, learned a ton!!</description>
