I've got a small studio in my home. Even with the walls treated for sound reflexion, I wasn't happy with the vocals recorded in the room, using a studio mic.

I bought SountKit AE-F filter. The recorded vocals now have a studio sound booth quality.

Go figure.

My husband and I have been using the Soundkitz AE-F Reflection Filter http://www.soundkitz.com/Gargoyle%20Reflection%20Filter.htm that we got from ebay and I don't think it was too much if I remember. We use it mostly for recording at our Church. It sounds really nice!
